Why Mentoring and Leadership?

A mentor believes in and always sees more in you than you do yourself. As such, individuals and organisations are starting to recommend mentoring as an effective strategy to alleviate challenges, not only for new inductees but also for long term employees. For mentees/protégés, this relationship has the added benefit of providing constructive feedback from people you admire and trust. This program is 100%  Ethically based with many references  made practical for today. During 32 hours (four day sessions) you will be coached to use the Ethical Leadership “tools” were after during 24 hours (normally one hour per week) you will be mentored one to one to use these tools practically in your own life. The second part of the mentoring is bespoke to the individual.
