This program is Ethically based with many references  practical for today. In particular the program models the life of probably the most influential leader of all time. During 32 hours (four day sessions) you will be coached to use the Ethical Leadership “tools” where after during 24 hours (normally one hour per week) you will be mentored one to one to use these tools practically in your own life. The second part of the mentoring is bespoke to the individual.

The Executive Coaching Program will transform your life. Establish a collaborative relationship with an Business Unusual personal coach to gain perspective on integrating the goals of your career and personal life. This ongoing relationship will bring about and sustain the changes you have chosen.

Your coach will work with you or your teams in areas such as career coaching, leadership development, interpersonal and communications skills, executive strategic planning and problem solving.

The right program will be tailored for you based on one of the four following models:

• Development Coaching – a focus is given to your new or future career
• Performance Coaching – assesses and improves your effectiveness in your current role (may include succession planning)
• Skills Coaching – extensive improvement of a particular task (e.g. negotiation or planning skills)

Agenda Coaching – both personal and work agendas can be reviewed.
