Ethical Leadership Coach Program
COACHING
Business Unusual’s Train the Business Coach Program is the second of Business Unusual’s training programs designed to transform individuals into world class Mentors and Coaches. The Ethical Leadership Coach program builds upon the foundations laid through the workshops and the 6 months mentoring of the Ethical Leadership Coach program. It is designed to prepare leaders in skills that will enable them to guide organisations through a process of change and equip others to work as teams to accomplish organisational goals in a spirit of cooperation and collaboration.
This program has a strong Ethical base with many references made practical for today. In particular the program models the life of one of the most prominent and influential leaders of all times. During 32 hours (four day sessions) you will be coached to use the Kingdom Leadership “tools” where after during 24 hours (normally one hour per week) you will be mentored one to one to use these tools practically in your own life. The second part of the mentoring is bespoke to the individual.
The workshops will lead you through the process of facilitating change from the initial brief and proposal, along the various stages and finally to the completion of the project. You will gain all the practical skills required and you will be provided with a comprehensive manual with information that will enhance your abilities as a facilitator and change agent.
The program commences with an engaging 32 hours of group workshops covering 8 modules. These modules encourage personal and group interaction, in a framework that allows individuals to support each other.

- Introduction To Coaching
- From initial discussions to sign off for the job
- Designing a proposal
- The Diagnostic process
- Empowered Team Based Cultures
- The Art of Facilitating a Team
- Presenting proposal
- You the Competent Mentor/Coach
Fully certified Business Unusual facilitators will lead the workshop phase.
Workshops will be coordinated with your work commitments in mind. Thus programming can be scheduled with inbuilt reflection days to allow you to participate both in the workshop and within your workplace with a minimum of disruption to both.
PARTICIPANTS
The Ethical Leadership Coach program is designed for those who have completed the Ethical Leadership Mentor program and wish to enhance their understanding and skills further. It is ideal for senior managers and executives and business owners and for those wanting to work as a executive or business coach or mentor.

CERTIFICATION
A Certificate of Completion of the Kingdom Leadership Coach program will be awarded to every participant who completes the 4 days workshop.
